Chemistry & Biochemistry Requisition System

All orders containing University owned DNCA (Designated Non-Capital Assets; defined as any device - desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, cell phone, or server with a purchase price under $5,000) MUST be enrolled in JAMF(iOS and MacOS devices) or Intune (Windows devices) in addition to being asset tagged. To avoid order processing delays, you are STRONGLY encouraged to consult with the Department DNCA Asset Specialist before making a DNCA purchase.

Requestors/Receiving

Students, non-supervisory staff and faculty and supervisors who require purchase approval

Order Approvers

Users who can initiate purchases as a self-approver, or approve purchases for a designated purchasing group

Business Office Use

Access restricted to business office staff and system administrators. Access Priority Reports

This application uses the Central Athentication Service (CAS). Global protect VPN is required for off-campus connections! Logins require the entry of your Directory ID and Password to access this application. This is a private information system for use by authorized departmental personnel only.
